Chef John prepared a chicken parmigiana dinner in our kitchen for a dinner party of six people. We worked with Chef John and Barb to custom design the meal to include two appetizers and bread. One of our guests was vegan and has a gluten free diet so special food was prepared for her. All enjoyed a five-star restaurant quality meal! We got follow up raves from our guests. Chef John and Barb were professional throughout our dealings. They pulled the evening together as planned without a hitch. We recommend The Traveling Italian Chef without hesitation.

We met John Vergati an few months ago when he was just beginning his Traveling Italian Chef business. He told us at that time that he was also making and bottling his own spaghetti sauces for a retail market. He gave us a sample of his meat sauce and I made pasta for my employees. We all enjoyed this wonderful, tasty sauce – mild with a delicate Italian flavor. Kudos to John and his spaghetti sauce and we will be proud to sell his sauces in our bakery.

Recently, I had a dinner prepared by the Traveling Italian Chef, John. We had Chicken Paramigiana and Pasta with Salad, Antipasto, and Bread.
