The story of the Traveling Italian Chef Sauce...

My hearty sauce lines are generational recipes, going back five generations to Naples, Italy. All flavor sauces are blended with crushed and pureed plum tomatoes, Italian herbs spices and garlic. I have four types of sauce; Marinara, Traditional, Puttanesca and Vodka. Marinara (vegetarian), Traditional (added is ground Angus Beef) both are cooked in Merlot wine. The Puttanesca sauce has emulsified anchovies, capers, black olives, red crushed pepper for a little zing and garlic. It is also gluten free and no GMO's. The Vodka sauce is Gluten Free blended with heavy cream and GMO Free Vodka.It’s made locally in New Haven Connecticut.
